Had a chap out to see about sorting the garden out...came recommended by the lad who did the rendering, also just had a quote for a window by another guy he recommended...12ft window, 4 openings triple glazed fitted £750... bloody bargain!!

Blinking heck Griff you are on bargain alley today. If you are happy when fitted with the window let me know the name as I could well use them looking for recommendations as looking to change/update a few windows.

No news back on J'S test but he is happy and showing no signs so now waiting.


Always worth getting a couple of quotes and I am going triple glazed too, being on the flight path for Birmingham this year have realised how quiet it is and fancy keeping it along those lines when they get back up and running.

I've got a window panel that's blown, but I'll wait until this virus threat is over and the weather turns warmer.

Gary is obviously a bit fed up today because I've had 5 video calls already and Dave is in the process of giving me a running commentary on the snooker on TV (which bores me to death). Never say life is dull

Can't you hook Gary up with his Dad and let him get the running commentary...LOL

If only I could. Unfortunately, his dad doesn't sign as well as I do. They do chat sometimes, but not as often. I don't really mind, but today he has excelled - every 10 minutes or so another call at heaven forbid if I'm not at my post waiting for his call

Dave got a call to fix up his scan for next Tuesday. Was highly surprised as we thought it would take ages to come through
