My advice is to get her to the vets to get checked out. Puppies can dehydrate and go downhill very quickly, so best to get her checked.

As Anniebee says a puppy that young should be checked out by the vet.
I hope she is better soon

As above. I wouldn't be too bothered by an older dog bringing up a bit of biley stuff but tiny pups can go downhill so fast and dehydrate so quickly it's better to be safe than sorry.

Vet is first port of call immediately as has already been said so young they can deteriorate very fast. Plus side they get better quick too.

Personally I would ring the vet and explain and see if they want to see the pup as eating and drinking now sounds better but best to be safe.
