Morning Dogsey daily thread Saturday.

Morning everyone.
Bit chilly here at the mo but I do believe it is meant to be a nice Autumnal weekend. Not too hot but warm enough to not need a coat or wet enough.
Dillon slept till 6.40 today which was nice. Gorden is still sleeping. I think the traveling takes it out of him.

Well I have my kick up the back side here today. Who will be in the loft and I will have to check the boxes for what we're keeping what's rubbish and what's for the charity shops.
Also at some point for packing up nick nacks in general.

I had a quick browse through the threads. All the mention of the old programmes. I remember them too. Loved LOTSW. Gorden and I have been to Holmfirth where it was filmed and seen Compo's house and the terrace of houses they used from the outside.
Maybe one day we will get to move to our preferred part of the world Yorkshire or Derbyshire.



Lorraine I hope the feet are feeling better. Did they like the Bailey's ?
Pat I hope your day is quieter today.
Helena I hope Dave didn't suffer too much yesterday.

Slept like a log last night, hope you did too.

We went up and did van 2 in the evening cos the guests had to take their car in for a service today so they left last night, which was handy that I could get in there and get it all ready so not so busy this morning with just the one to do. Have to say they left it beautifully clean for me but they are returning guests and will return again, so I suppose that's why.

Looking out of my window this morning, all the trees are suddenly starting to change to their autumnal colours, and then they'll be all bare and I will get to see all the fields behind them over the winter. It's fab having this changing view all year round.

Jenny, hope you haven't got a full blown cold this morning, after the sore throat of yesterday.

Jen, enjoy all those visitors you're having over this week-end.

Lynn, I expect you'll be busy packing having Gorden home for the week-end, and I do hope that norty boy behaves himself whilst you're doing it (not Gorden, I mean Dillon )

I haven't been on here for a while so don't know what's going on.

Glad to hear Dillon is still behaving himself.

I don't envy you with your sorting, I wouldn't know where to start.

I am still in my caravan with three of the dogs, they are really enjoying it. We will have to move back into the house soon as I want to winterise the van by the end of the month. I have certainly made up for the lack of use last year!

I am working this afternoon, next Saturday we start taking bookings for Santa, you wouldn't believe how many people have rung trying to bookthis week, it's mad.
