What a nightmare

Well a nightmare of a morning, came on DW first thing - no probs - then couldn't get on Internet or Email!! Hurrah! though Internet back!!!!!

What annoyed me the most was the lack of info............I rang Service provider.........gave all details.....yes this call costing 50p a min!! only to be told this was not the correct number for my problem... given another number... in a queue approx 150 calls waiting and waiting time approx 15mins! AAAHH!!

Charge a fortune these ISPs
i think NTL charge something like £1 a minute for Tech support
