Tess died this morning
I can't quite believe it.
Tess was her usual self on her walk yesterday. Ate her dinner last night and then vomited a half an hour later. She just seemed like she had a tummy ache and was a bit quiet.
This morning I found her on the kitchen floor, weak and unable to stand. She had pood on the floor. (she normally sleeps outside our bedroom door.)
I put her straight in the car and drove to the vets, with one hand on her and one on the steering wheel fearing the worse. Her breathing was shallow and I knew she was dying
She died whilst the vet attempted to find a vein to euthanase.
RIP my little Tess. You were a fantastic little dog.
