Twin monitors

Just a small question, i have a spare monitor and was thinking of connecting it to my new computer so i plonks it next to my computer gets the plug from the spare monitor and..... no place to plug it in the new machine.
Big mistake buying this machine as it has a screen keyboard mouse but no box with all the works in, at the time i thought it would take up less room, oh well what would i do with two screens.
So the question, can i get a lead to convert the monitor to USB?
