Cat treats...

My friend wants me to microchip his cat. I have been doing dogs but since Im also qualified to do cats and he's a friend I thought why not. With dogs its usually easy you can sprinke a few treats and most are happy to munch while you chip...will this work with cats? I dont mind getting the owner to just hold the cat which he will need to do anyway but if I can make it a bit more pleasant for the cat I would like to do that too. What do cats like??

Chicken!

I just got my OH to hold my cats whilst I did them....and when I've done them in the shop, just got the owners/my staff to hold them!
They eat the treats too quickly lol

It depends on the cat,.....mine were ok...the pups struggled more tbh!
Just make sure they have a firm grip

I would recomend a pringle and crush it up into bits or a cheasy whatsit my cat loves those but she is partial to anything salty and cheasy.

Just get somebody to hold the cat firmly. Cats are easy.
