Fish4dogs salmon oil.

was thinking of getting some of this for my 3.
How much would a BC 20ish kg need per day?
What are the main benefits?
Flint has bad hips, sometimes...will this help?

I got some on a deal they did at Crufts and to be honest havent noticed a single improvement with the dogs coats or anything else for that matter so wont bother buying it again.

Since buying it I have swopped across to raw and as they get oily fish at least once a week I suppose there is no need for it.

the main benefits are:-

1. good for skin and healthy coat (rich in omega 3 & 6)
2. good for joints
3. Good for organs

Your BC would need about 10mls per day,as per what the bottle says for his weight.

I purchased this four weeks ago for my two boys. the staffie gets 10mls per day. I have noticed he is not as stiff on his back legs since having this. (he gets a bit stiff if i walk him too long, only noticeable when climbing stairs).

I think it works well for some dogs but not for all, just like human supplements I suppose.

Try and it see. if you don't see any improvement try something else.

Hope this helps.

My collie had been on fish4dogs salmon oil for a couple of months now and it has made a big difference to him. Straight away his coat became much softer and his itchy skin improved. He is around 22kg and gets 10ml per day over his kibble. Strangers comment all the time on his lovely coat

I have also heard Yumega plus is great for joints. My sis is a vet nurse and they have found it excellent.
