I might live to regret saying this,but thats an impressive cock.

Always makes me chuckle when they walk because they have a swagger like someone trying to look big.The hens look blissfully happy having a dust bath.

One of my hens has stopped laying-i think she's getting on a bit.

Yep! I get both hen and duck! I especially love the duck eggs!

A lot of my friends at the hospice get them too, as do a lot of Shelleys work friends lol

OK, first boy is Hoover, he is a Vorwerk cockerel (with a Barnevelder hen behind him)

Second boy is a Welsummer, he is called Kellogg, and there is a Vorwerk girl behind him. He usually looks much more impressive, but he has lost his tail in the moult....

Dustbathing hens are Welsummers - at least one of these girls will be shown this year, as will the Vorwerks
