Dust mite controller

my dog has got allergies and the vet said dust mites are the most common problem, is it worth buying one of those plug in things that help reduce dust mites? has anyone used them

INDOREX is the best spray for the house and car.

Keep soft furnishings and carpets etc to a minimum.

A good quality air filter can help (look at Allergy UK site).

Use a dog bed such as Tuffie or Kudos that you hose clean.

Freeze bedding

Consider consulting a homeopathic vet see BAHVS for a bespoke remedy.

Give lots of Vitamin C, natural anti histamine

Has your dog had allergy tests? Dust mites are a common problem with allergies but equally so are Storage mites and food intlorances.
I would strogly reccomend an allergy test to know what you are dealing with as it could be several of hundreds of things.
I had a dog who had extreme allergies, but to help with the dustmites I bought a steam cleaner that I used on the floors, and sofa weekly and then did the whole house from top to bottom monthly.
