What on earth have I done

I got up coughing the other night and when I got back into bed after getting some water I felt something 'give' in my belly..it was just to the right and lower down under my belly button. Now it hurts!

Also today I have no idea what I did but the muscle just over the right side of my ribs...

OWWW! Blooming hecky thump! I'm hoping it's just pulled muscles and it'll ease off...but in the meantime...

There`s a lot of it about.... I was talking to a lady who had 2 fractured ribs from coughing yesterday.
I must admit that over the last week I`ve had a bottle of Benlyn beside the bed. And Shamus has taken to sleeping downstairs because I keep waking him up with my coughing.
I hope your cough and your pulled muscle are better soon.

The pain in your ribs will be your intercostal muscle. You've either strained it or it's gone into spasm. Nowt to worry about hun...just painful!!
