Why do I get all the bad frigging luck!

So last night, I was supposed to be supervising cadets while some of them were shooting, I was sitting talking to another adult in the office for the most part and the kids dragged out a football. I had completely forgotten that football had been banned last year inside detachments...so guess what...frigging ball goes through a window...

then today I get told that in cleaning some of the rifles the kids had lost two springs that disappeared...and they are vital too..so today I'm contemplating quitting and can't stop crying about it all. I feel completely incompetent and want to just jack it all in.

But giving up would just mean giving in hun.
