Hello! Thanks for my Birthday messages!

Hi!
I just wanted to say thanks for my birthday messages which were a very nice and unexpected surprise! I'm 30 now...boo..!
Quickly changing the subject..! I haven't really used this site much so would welcome any help and support.
A bit about me...I live in North West London with my dog Brandy. A 2yr old female staffy x. Maybe has a bit of boxer in, maybe collie, maybe both! Anyway she's a really lovely dog! I've had her since she was 8 months old and despite the usual trials and tribulations I wouldn't be without her!
I work for an animal rescue charity and so have a keen interest in animal welfare and the issues that (in particular) are affecting our domesticated pets. Especially dogs!
Well thanks again for being so welcoming and hope to get to grips with this site soon! xx
