Anyone else feeling a little broody of late?

I met my first ever litter of puppies today! My friend's dog had a litter and the puppies are about to go off to their new homes so we got to see them before they went They were lovely! All soft and wrinkly and smelly! Although I have to admit, it was nice to come home to a dog who knew how to sit & didn't try to eat my hands

Anyone else feeling a little broody at the moment? I do wish I'd had Molly when she was a puppy, it would have made life a lot easier

No I have had my fill of puppies over the years and as much as I love to look at them and give them a cuddle I much prefer a nice adult dog to look after and live with.

I was soooo broody whilst poor Leon was ill, I craved cradling a little puppy in my arms. Now that he is no longer with us and I have my Henry, (just approaching 14 months), that craving has subsided and I'm enjoying getting to know him...not saying I would rule out having a baby puppy at some time in the future

I see some woman cooing over babies in the street...I never feel like that but I see a puppy and I turn to mush

YES!!!! I am really puppy broody and can't have one!!! My last puppy turns a year old next Monday and the other two are almost 3 and 4 years, so not oldies by any means... but a little, cute, blue belton English Setter boy pup called Othello has been shown on here and I am seriously broody.... Maud, I WANT HIM!!!

Same here!! So everytime I get the urge I remember the sleepless nights and little accidents and the urges soon go away (until the next time )
