Just found this one from a long way off. Ian Dunbar does a video on dog aggressive dogs that fight. I don't know of any other good books though but if anyone can recommend one I too would be grateful.

Think you would find it helpful to know the type of aggression you are dealing with, or is that the reason you require a book?

Hi Jenny If the aggression is dog/human or more than just slight dog/dog be very careful about trying to check it with the use of a book, you really need to speak to someone who can interpret the dogs body language and determine the likley cause of the aggression...or is this info for college?

I emailed Barry Eaton, author of "Dominance: Fact or Fiction" asking for his recommendations last night, as I wanted a book that did not rely on pack rules or 'dominance' reduction for our nervous agressive rescue and hadn't managed to find one. He recommended "Aggression in Dogs: Practical Management, Prevention and Behavior Modification" by Brenda Aloff. I just ordered it from Amazon today.
