I have two female cross breeds - Bracken & Bonnie.

Bracken is a collie/setter aged 3 - we have had her for just over 2.5 years. Bracken was rescued from Ireland she came to us aged 5 months a quivering wreck she had been locked in a farmers barn with her Mum and siblings since birth so had no idea of life or light - I am plased to say although very timid she is a delightful and loyal gorgeous girl who absolutely loves life. Our second one Bonnie is a 7 month spaniel collie cross who is a bundle of joy she came to us again as a rescue from Ireland at aged 3 months and she did not have a clue on life however Bracken has nutured her and am pleased to say she is coming on nicely and now fits in with our lifestyle.

Bonnie is due her first season and I just wanted a bit of advice on when this might be ? Bracken was about 8/9 months with hers and she also had a phantom pregnancy and howled rather a lot
