Can panniculitis be treated with vitamins?

Hi Everyone,
I am brief because I am worried. Alex is being treated for Panniculitis she has several bumps on her. Does anyone know or had exerience with this?
The one thing that is wonderful is the doctor said it is not cancer. That was a big worry to me but I would like to know if vitamins and mineral etc will help.
If anyone knows or can share info with me we would appreciate it very much.
