The Extra litter

Penny will be bred later this week for the Extra litter. She will be visiting CH Cammcastle's Valentino V QR. We expect puppies around April 10th. All puppies are spoken for, we would just like to share our journey with you.

Penny will have her 3rd Progesterone test today for ovulation timing. She was 1.1 on Monday. 5 means ovulation has happened, and that the ideal breeding time will be 2 days later. I will know the results early tomorrow morning. It is possible the first breeding will be on Friday.

Milton says his mom is ripe. We all had a rather sleepless night last night due to his inability to be QUIET. (whine whine whine).

Progesterone was 4.2 yesterday. Breeding will be Friday and Sunday, Feb. 5 and 7.

I have Rottweilers. She has produced multiple CHs and outstanding health results in her previous litter in 2007.

How exciting, my bitch was mated yesterday and hopefully again tomorrow.
