Spencer 9 months old Staffie boy

Today BAARK had to make the very sad decision to let this boy go.

We at Staffie rescue had been trying to rehome in conjunction with them.

It is with a very heavy heart that I write this

Spencer went to the bridge today, he was so stressed after spending over 4 months in kennels( half his life ) , that he had started to self harm himself and had chewed his back legs to the bone, The vet felt that with no foster home in sight and the state he was in, that it was kinder to let poor Spencer run free at the bridge.

Run free Spencer, free of pain.

So sorry we couldnt find anyone to love you the way you deserved.

Another dog dies due to overbreeding and no one to care for him.
It makes my blood boil, he is just another statistic for the poor dogs in rescue kennels all over.
BUt an 8 /9 month old dog should NEVER get in this position, whoever bred this dog shoudl have thought twice about it and not done it.
