Ben is my neighbours dog, he is 10 years old now, he is the size of a big BC, small for a GSD, he only has a small patch of white on his chest, other than that his markings are just like a GSD, he takes after the GSD in personality.

I'm loving Jake's pinky nose! My Mum's pup has pink inside his nostrils - it's so cute!

lol, thats a bit like jake. he is the size of a BC just now, but still is growing but think when he is fully grown, he will be the size of a big BC but not quite GSD size. he is unbelievable agile, which i think will be both breeds coming through. but he does the BC stalk and gets fixated on things.

Re: BCxGSD

at the moment I see jake as more collie looking than gsd, but thats prob because hes very young, as you say his colour is changing now, so he may develope to more gsd looking,
I think that massive flash of white may make him look more collie as well as his ears, if they were up he would look more gsd,

hes a wee stunner though,

thanks yeah, he looks very BC just now, but his face is getting much more tan and so are his legs, its beginning to creep further up them lol. when i first got him, he had no tan on his face lol. and his ears are just weird just now, for a while both were sticking up like this,

but then one day one just flopped down, and so he has one up and one down now, like this...

or the left one just sticks out to the side...
