Weight loss!

Well, the current diet has been going really well, I'm pleased to say!

I've lost a total of 8lbs and have already started noticing the difference, even with that small amount.

I had a little blip at the weekend, which included chips and Maltesars...Oops. But thankfully it hasn't caused me to put on any weight as such, I just haven't lost any more!

Just wanted to share with you all!

Well done!!!

8lb doesn't sound a lot to some people but it can be really hard to shift it.

Im dieting - or rather eating healthy (less rubbish) and find it really really hard to shift even 4 or 5 lbs.

Thank you. I'm like you, eating healthier, so not exactly dieting, but it does all help to get rid of some weight.

Good luck to you too.

Thanks, Janice. Yes, that's exactly what dogs are, aren't they. I'll still walk quite a bit even though I have no dogs. Probably not as much though, but I will still get out there.

Thank you, Lorna. I've still got a way to go yet, but I feel I'm starting to make progress now.
