problem with Mi Mi's eye

hey everyone, I havent been on here for a long time, but Im back!
I also needed some help, Mi Mi has developed to bumps on her eye. ones on the top and one on the bottom...what could this be?
Im taking her to the vet tommorow, but I was just wondering if anyone knew what this was?
