Everything you've described screams out that she needs a professional to observe and recommend first hand.

Suggestions without seeing and getting to know the dog can be dangerous and lead to even greater problems so I think contacting Lynn would be a very good move

please dont give up or get disheartened .It is difficult I know as we rehomed our wolfhound at 13months and he lunged at other dogs and sounded as though he wanted to kill them due I think to under socialisation. He has got alot better due to us finding a good trainer but he still has his moments and we have learnt to deal with this.Believe me I have had moments when I would have gladly rehomed him but all in all he is a lovely dog.

Thanks. I would never rehome her. She trusts me and I would never do that to her.

Its not as simple as under socialisation with her though. She went to puppy classes/ringcraft/shows until her season and lives with other dogs. It is issues inside her.

Have you thought of taking a different approach and looking at her diet and any potential allergies.

I know she has been socialised and it started at her first season.

I know of someone with a Borsoi whos dog was terrible appeared real aggressive and now it is on a special diet its like a different dog.

IME this is normal. Progress is never smooth - it is always two steps forward, one step back.
I think you need to start writing down your aims and your progress. This gives you a chance to evaluate and consider calmly and objectively. I am used to evaluating situations for work and find it carried over to dog training.

One good piece of advice was given to me by a guy who helped me a lot - don`t walk your dog, train your dog.
So at first my aim might be to get Daisy to the end of my road without reacting. That took 2 weeks.
ATM I am working on getting Razzle to the end of the road without him lying down (he does this when unsure). This may take days or months. It doesn`t really matter that much - it is a step in the process.

Finally - are you trying to push ahead too fast? Only you can answer this. But my gut feeling is that your dog is stressed for a reason. And a stressed dog doesn`t learn, a stressed dog reacts.
So maybe you could slow down a bit and take stock?

I agree with this.

With a reactive dog there are good days and bad days and there sometimes doesn't seem any rhyme or reason to it.

It does sound as though you are pushing your dog over threshold. At the first sign of tension that a dog is too close for comfort, move away before the full blown reaction.

I went to a park the other day which is very spacious but it started getting busier with dogwalkers. I ended up walking around in circles at one point trying to avoid dogs from all directions! I managed to get a bit of space and Polo relaxed and then a dog came running past like a bat out of hell and Polo lunged. I was on a slope and it was waterlogged ground and I ended up on my backside in a puddle.

These things happen.

As C&D says, see every walk as a training exercise. A dog that is 'working' is not reacting. Get to know her threshold and try to keep below that, even if it means a detour, crossing the road or turning around and going back the way you have come. I do lots of turns and walking back rapidly so that the dog does'n't wonder what you are doing if there is an oncoming dog. It's all a game with lots of praise and rewards.

Trust me I do not push this dog to go near other dogs unless it is impossible to move away

I think it is impossible to comment on your situation as I don't know the full extent. I just wanted you to know I'm here if you need me to listen. Go get a bubble bath, chug a bottle or two of wine and eat some chocolate. Deal with this in the morning when you're thinking straight. Write out a plan of action and then work on it.
