Tips on preventing colds....

Do you just sit back and accept as inevitable or do you have any home remedies that you swear by....

Sratchy throat this morning, and really really do not want to get sick!!

I have found my vit C and will start throwing that down myself...any others?

Vit C and Zinc are supposed to help but I don't think anything does tbh

Evidently, if you keep your nose warm then it keeps the bug fighting bits in there working, when it gets cold the fighting bits don't work as good so the bugs can sneak through Don't know how true it is but Dr Hilary says it is so

i remember watching that aswel i just dose up on fresh orange juice, make an effort to go to the gym and get extra sleep ... usually works

I always take Vit C daily and hardly ever get a cold......
