I would think the burns has slightly better ingredients too in the examples posted...but my dogs would fade away on 18.5% protein and I do like that Arden has glucosamine (although it might not be that beneficial??)

I guess I put up with the corn as many would say rice isn't necessary too, though rice is better than corn, I know...But that's why when I get a 2nd freezer I'll switch my dogs to raw.

I think the Burns is great for dogs who can do well on lower protein levels though

Mys Burns venison has 27% protein and some of the others 21% ...some dogs do not do well on corn, rice is better...and a lot of Burns contain fish/veg oils (doing a similar job to glucosamine)

Arden looks ok but I am sticking with Burns...it keeps Amy lean , fit and alive with her bad heart.

Yes appologies Mys switching between the two sites I missread the protein/venison content ..
It will all be much easier when I have a new monitor I can read that doesn't have a tiny thin picture in the middle of the screen ever two minutes

I've just ordered some for my 3 border collies. They are on Hills but i thought i'd try them on Arden Grange.
They were previously on Burns, but it dried their coat up really bad.
So i'm hoping this will agree with them.
Hills is great but gets abit pricey when you've got 3 dogs!

Have fed it for some while and have no concerens at all, changed for a while to Burns but it did not suit my hounds so I went back to AG and they are doing fine on it.

I've had my Arden Grange delivered today. I left it in the hall while i finished my jobs. Then i heard a ripping noise. It was Skye trying to rip the bag open. It must smell good to her!
I'll let you know my verdict in a couple of weeks.

Well......thumbs up for the Arden Grange! They love it. They had no adverse reactions changing them on to it. Their coats are still beautiful.
