..... actually, I'm beginning to regret it now that his ice cold painkilling gel is wearing off! Oh, I really hurt, it feels very sore, especially where he shoved that rib back in at the back! He said it would feel worse before it got better and if I was in real agony I was to phone him and he could sort me out, but ohhhhh nooooooo, not going there I know I couldn't bear it if he touched me again like that (oooooh maaatron!!!!! ) Blimey, this is turning into a porno thread now!!!!

Well, I'm still sore today, but for the first time in months I slept well without the constant pain in my left leg and hip, so something he's done has worked, and I must ring him and tell him what a good job he did on me. I'm being very careful today, so that I don't put anything out again, coz the way I tear around it's always a possibility My back feels very bruised but then I'm not surprised the way he pressed sooooo hard with those thumbs up and down it, it was pretty horrendous I can tell you! This treatment is NOT for the fainthearted! No pain no gain though! The worst bit is where he put that rib back, it's very, very sore if I touch it, just like somebody's hit me with a hammer in that spot, I suppose that's normal? I've never dislodged a rib before so I wouldn't really know! Hey ho, as you say Nav, things can only get better, but I really do feel like I've done a couple of rounds with Mike Tyson and he's been punching me in the back - a lot!
