Do you think he can sense that something just isn't right with him?

Oh boy what a day you've had!?!

I admire you for going on foot to the vet and can only imagine the added stress of having your other dog keep barking at the minpin.

Everything crossed for you that this turns out to be just a mystery nothing very serious occurrence and that the little minpin continues to be OK.

This made such stressful reading, and there is still no happy ending but I am hoping for one.

How awful that the vet was closed, and it makes me thank my lucky stars for a practice that never closes, even if it does cost more after hours.

Lots of good wishes for your minpin and with luck all will be well by morning.

Same here I got really agitated and in a state of angst. In fact stopped what I was doing half hour ago to see if any update. Makes you feel so impotent doesn't it?

I too am glad of 24 hr response if only on the telephone and also that I do not have to travel that far to my vet.

I am guessing OP is in quite a rural bit of France for the vet to be so far away. All my years' experience of visiting France at least twice a year for a decade or more showed that the French are great animal lovers and esp. seemed to like 'little dogs'.

Tang, you more than most will be affected by this thread because of having a minpin yourself - you cannot help but imagine Bella in the same position.

I really hope that we hear something good soon.
