I adore Wensleydale and Cranberry, in fact got a small piece in the fridge awaiting me, I haven't finished it off today, but I will be doing tomorrow. Also got some brie in there as well, another favourite

I am struggling to think of what might be my favourite cheese.......I love Cheshire and Wensleydale, both white and blue Stilton, all manner of soft cheeses, and everything inbetween........just don't have a clear favourite.

Our local Sainsbury's has some sort of madman in charge of the cheese section. They must have a strange policy ongoing as they discount cheeses like Brie and Blue Cheeses just when they are getting to their best. Quite unbelievably I picked up full quarter of a Brie wheel for only 58p. Even then it was still a further 8 or 9 days before it was fully ripe for eating. Not complaining, obviously, just a bit amazed. Also they sell off end of day wholemeal bread for 14p a loaf I buy it by the trolley load for the hens etc' makes a nice change for them.

Well had a surprise visit from my friend Amanda, ages since we had a good catchup
I was actually having a good soak in bath reading, when she text to say she was on way lol
Quickest jump out and dry ever lol, but we had a good chat.
