Lentil Stew
Lentils, about 1 cup of lentils to 2 of liquid
Chicken stock made with a couple of ch/thighs, remove the meat after you`ve made stock & put to one side.
Garlic chopped
Onion if you like, chopped
Carrot or 2 sliced
1or 2 spuds diced optional
Spanish sausage sliced (chorizo) optional.
This is really quick & easy if you have a pressure cooker, just put all the ingredients except cooked chicken in the cooker, bring to pressure, remove from heat & allow to come down off pressure by itself. When it has its done
If you don`t use a pressure cooker just do it in a tightly covered pan & simmer for about 30/40mins. Bon apetit
