Daily Thread, Monday 21st November

Good morning all, darker and colder this morning. Not in a hurry to go out.

Griff, I'm a bit like you with food. Yesterday I had 2 shredded wheat for breakfast and the same again for dinner last night. I haven't got a big appetite these days. Sometimes I will eat a sandwich lunchtime but not very often.

I hate the thought of cattle and sheep being slaughtered even when they have been stunned.

Glad Lauren enjoyed her work experience.

June, hope Zen went to bed properly in the end.

Morning Moyra and all to follow. Off to see Fantastic Beasts today at the cinema. Would you believe it Tyto is 11 years old today. I did post one saying it to Lona and Cariad but I still can't belive how quickly those years have gone by. I am more sure now that it is never good to go back in time or forwards just live from day to day. Have a good day all. Take Care.

Off to Essex today to see my friend Julie for lunch. Hope the weather brightens up hate the journey in the rain. Mark just messaged to say it was horrible driving to work (Peterborough) so to drive safe. I jokingly asked if he wanted me to let him know I had arrived safely he messaged back yes please.

Dull and damp here so washing in tumble dryer Out later for meal but that is all that is planned. Just heard local retail park is closed due to roof damage to one of the stores. Son eventually arrived at 23.50 last night and even that train was late
