So sorry to hear about your problems with the Company of Animals. I took my two there for training and I have to admit I found them really professional.

Having said that what has (or has not in your case) happened is outrageous and if I were you I would contact Dr Roger Mugford as the whole company is his baby. Forget this Chirag Patel person as I have just phoned and been told that he has left the company.

Mention to them that you have been 'asking advice' from one of the largest international dog forums, and I am sure they (or Mugford) will want to rectify what has happened!!

Tbh, I've had little to no success contacting Chirag directly previously, not sure that's likely to change now Although I got some handy hints and tips, on the whole he said I was doing the right things and to continue. I'm not sure how much I'd get out of a report or follow up appointment at this point anyway, and frankly I'm not feeling terribly positive towards him right now I think I'll just carry on and push COA for some sort of refund.

Hi Amanda, my advice is as mentioned - write (not email) to Dr Roger Mugford at the COA. I am sure he will not want any bad press (although they certainly deserve it in your case ).
