I am just going to "wing it" and do my own thing and hope that works out, as it will be cheaper for me

Yeah - it can be quite costly - not sure if you have to pay to be online..

Dieting is easier said then done - i been 'dieting' for three weeks and i am now 5lbs heavier then when i started

Think im going wrong somewhere haha

Yeah I found that if you are "joining" online, you have to pay

Aww oh dear! What "plan" are you following?

Awww, that's why I am not on a diet as such, more just making changes to what I am eating!

Apart from last week when I gained 1lb for eating loads of crap, the 3 weeks before that I lost weight each week

I use the MFP website and it seems to be doing well!

Very! However I thought I'd try after seeing good reviews. I don't know if it is them or if it is the lack of cheese as well as doing about 1500 calories a day.

I have a ready meal for lunch with veg---costs about £1, banana for breakfast and salad and cold meats and/or fish type things and/or eggs for tea.

Bad yesteday cause I drank wine and then ate TONS!

Really struggling to get back on track since my seizure I need a good kick up the backside I think. The insane hunger has gone, I have no reason to eat the way I've been eating the last couple of days now.

I did that, my one bad day turned into 3 bad days.. but then I got my head back on form and have been okay since.

I am sure you will do it, try not to worry so much as that won't help!

(At the moment I keep looking at GSD pictures and thinking that I want to be fit for when I get mine so we can do loads of activities together, so that is keeping me motivated for now!)

ETA: Rune, let us know if you feel they work or not!
