Yes - but becasue they will have got out of the habit of learning and it will sometimes take a while to pick new things up. (Same as any older creature - including humans )

Yes, i got my last dog when he was ten. Ok, it took longer to teach him new tricks...but he did learn them!

Yes, definately, all of mine are still learning, Boomer is 13 and Bertie is 10.

Yes.

We adopted Missy at 7 years old. She knew 1 command.
Now - two and a half years later - she knows 25.

The last one I taught her, this summer - she got in an afternoon.

Yes - I got a rescued dog who had only ever lived in kennels . She was 8 . I housetrained her and taught her everything you would normally teach a puppy
