Sorry to hear this, but might it, in a strange kind of way, be good news that he has KC?....what I'm hoping is that it may actually mean that his heart isn't as bad as you fear & once he has got over the kc you will see a marked difference in him.

thank you all for the kind words and ugs i have given them all to trigger, we are hoping it is only the KC that at has made it worse but because he had the heart murmur before we are still getting the scan done and she is 99% sure he will be on meds but every thing is crossed that its not that. thanks again guys you make me feel better

I agree with hali, the cough being kennel cough is good news, you'll probably find a HUGE difference in him when he's better.

i really ho so borderdawn he is so down at the mo as having to keep him in and not to much excersie as he couhs so much. i hate seeing himlike this he is such an active doglet. will keep you all upto date on how he goes.

Once it is cleared up, your'll see a difference in him.
Your'll know in a few days, when the meds have kicked in for the kc.
I think its wise to do the scan, at least your'll know where he is regarding his heart etc.

He will be, just need to give him time, b got kc once, from going in a kennel and she had the jab.
Once we got her the tablets she was back to normal .for her within a few days.
It's not nice, cause you think of the extra strain but if it was causing loads of grief he would be at the vets, not at home.
