Heartbreaking.
His condition reminds me of my Lurcher, Mia, who was found in very similar circumstances. As we tried to awaken her digestive processes, her coat fell out, and she was also naked for a while. How do these people live with their consciences? May Wispa give as much love and loyalty to his eventual adopters as Mia gave to us. Good luck little man.

Shocking and upsetting photos of this poor dog. I don't think I've ever seen something quite so bad before. Not even on those tv programmes. Amazed Wispa survived and I do hope we get to see updates on his progress.

His collar does not look cheap, maybe he was stolen from somewhere and then dumped elsewhere. He looks as though he was once a beautiful dog and could be again. Wish I was allowed to take him in but I am not. Maybe it was as a result of homelessness that he found himself homeless........whatever it is so sad.

Sheesh... what a scrawny guy. Poor boy. I hope some food and TLC will have him right as rain.
