Two-legged Boxer on the beach

Another one pinched from Breedia (Thanks Katy!) ...this story is currently doing the rounds in some media outlets , and some concern raised in the thread on Breedia - what do you think?

Should the owners take each day as it comes - and give the dog the best life they can no matter how short? Or think about the future, and the problems that may arise?

Perhaps they could take inspiration from Rex's story...

Duncan's legs were removed due to a severe birth deformity, but nothing holds him back. The pluck this pooch displays running around during his first day at the beach will make you feel like you can do pretty much anything.

If I hadn't seen it I wouldn't have believed it! I expected to see a pathetic film of a dog who should have been put to sleep. How wrong could I be, he is living life to the full, and enjoying every minute. Best wishes for a long happy life, Duncan - you're a lesson to us all.

Oh, wow! He looks so happy. He looks thin as half a rail... but I'm sure that's good because he only has his front legs to run with. Such a great video. Makes me happy
