Not updated this for a while. There has been a dip in training due to me being madly busy, sick child and lots of work basically. Have done a bit more in the last few days, still working from The Clicked Retriever. This book is amazing. Sika doesn't do well with pressure and this book teaches you how to teach the dog to retrieve with NO PRESSURE at all! I love it and it's amusing watching her...

We had a bit of a disastrous training session today. I went down to the field at the bottom of the road and tried to do a bit of heel work (not so bad) and retrieving (bad). Today she wasn't going to pick up the dummy but run out, sniff it and then eat grass beside it. If she did pick it up she dropped it well short of me.
