SKC Agility Today - May 18th '08

Well, what a great day we all had. The weather was just prefect, mostly sunny but not too warm for the dogs. A wee bit cold for us though, but perfect agility weather!

Roxy got two 3rds and Molly got a 5th, all clear rounds. I'm really pleased with how Roxy has come on as she isn't the brightest star in the sky!

Met up with Suzanne, Missysmum, again, though I didn't meet up with anyone else. Nice to meet you again, Suzanne, even though I was a little harrassed! Molly and Roxy say thank you for their share of Missy's treats, and Roxy enjoyed being fussed over by you!

I'll get some pictures and videos posted on this thread tomorrow at somepoint, too tired to do it tonight! We're all shattered.

One of the judges loved Roxy and was fussing over her, saying she would love a Basenji.

Roxy's great, but she acts daft most of the time! She is a wee star, though. Really proud about she has done. She sends woofs and licks to Ben!

I was there yesterday too and had a great day
My friend got a 2nd in one of the agility rounds (I'm new to agility have no idea what I'm talking about - but I had a great time watching them all )

I was there with both my Westie and my crossbreed. Do you recall seeing us? What dog was your friends? Just in case I remember though I very much doubt it, got a head like a sieve!

I'm new to agility competitions too, getting there slowly but surely!

she had two working cockers - both black

She is from Glasgow area - not sure which agility club or anything tho

There were a lot of people there I saw soo many lovely dogs it was un real

Hmm, there were a lot of Cockers there, of all colours!

If you seen a Westie there throughout the day, it was probably Molly as she was the only Westie there!

I know, there were so many lovely dogs! Did you see the Bernese MD that was all clipped in with just the hair left on the tip of it's tail? It looked like a lioness!
