I am SO proud

Sol got his first clear round today in novice agility AND he got 17th place, I was so chuffed. He now has 2 points in his record book. He has had E's and faults the rest of the weekend but he is working so well I knew it wouldn't be long. He is crashed out now, fast asleep:smt049

forgot to mention, this was only his 4th show so I am feeling suitably smug about it. I had second thoughts about bringing him out at 18 months but my trainer said he would be fine and he was. I am just so pleased with him, I have no expectations from him this year at all, he is just a baby but it is such a nice feeling that it is all coming together:smt049 He is so enthusiastic and there is a lot of speed there that has yet to come out but I am not worried, he has been E'd more times than I can count just for going on and doing an extra jump. So many dogs I have seen at the same age spinning and biting and he just goes! His brother (from the previous litter) went advanced a couple of weeks ago but I just don't feel like there is any pressure at all. I think I have really got something here and there is no way I am going to stuff it up by pushing him to do more than he is ready for
