Well I managed a slow totter to the field with an over enthusiastic GSD who needed to feel the earth beneath his feet so to speak.

But I am now EXHAUSTED.

I also managed to eat a croissant and drink a cup of coffee which is the most I have consumed in three days.

Hopefully I am over the worst..............

Fingers crossed you are over the worst SB. I'm still in bed and so bored i seem to be earning myself infractions whatever they may be!

Just come back from another totter, both myself and the dog are slathered with mud. But I did not coff the whole way there and back.

Just going to treat myself to a small spot of lunch......
