Stuffed peppers...

i hate(d) fruit and veg... and im trying so hard to eat more healty stuff! so this week im cooking stuffed peppers as follows:

red peppers (2) this is serving 2 people...
feta cheese
ham
onions
mushrooms
cous cous

does that sound ok or is there anything i should add/remove?

ive never tried cous cous or feta cheese and really want too

all suggestions welcome!!

oh and im doing 2x a week - cooking nights where im trying new things - so recipies very very welcome!!!!!!

That sounds nice - I do them with rice - not keen on cous cous.
Stuffed mushrooms are nice too. Feta cheese is lovely

I love cous cous, it's so versatile you can add pretty much anything to it. Your ingredient choice sounds good though for stuffed peppers.

I also like stuffed mushrooms - just buy the biggest mushrooms you can find and hollow out slightly then fill with similar ingredients.
