Look what I've caught Dad. (warning: contains graphic images)

I took all the dogs over the Downs tonight as the beach was just to busy to let them all run about on and Jess came back with her dinner.

Just after the kill.

This Jess proudly carrying it back to the van.

Trying to work out just where to start.

That leg looks nice.

This rabbits delicious.

Well done Jess!
Did she eat the whole thing in the end?

The only thing she left were those big floppy ears and the four feet.

When Flynn caught a pheasant, I was wondering whether to let him eat it (i'm a veggie myself so couldnt cut the thing up myself!) but decided that for a gundog, letting him catch his own food may not be such a good idea!

If mine catch anything, I just leave it behind.

Sod sharing it around. She caught it, so she eats it.

Hopefully it we give the other more incentive to stop strolling along just hoping that a rabbit will commit suicide and jump in their mouths.

They have got to learn that if they want a fresh rabbit, then they have got to catch it.

I think the main problem is that my lot live a life of luxury as all they do is go out four times a day, plus the obligatory eat and sleep.
