My ten year old has been on Burns High Oats to help with his weight ! If anything, he's a bit underweight at the moment but I'd rather have it that way.

He seems to thrive on it although I also give him 200grammes of pedigree chum per day

Why switch if she is happy and healthy on what she is on now? my opinion is if ain't broke, don't fix it.

I am not a fan of senior dog foods. I would say dogs need a good amount of protein and fat in the diet to maintain muscle mass in old age. Senior dog foods are typically lacking in both.

My two oldies are doing well on Orijen senior, in fact I've decreased the amount as they were doing too well so it doesn't work out that much more expensive for me.

I have a senior dog - Jack Russell Terrier she is sixteen years young, and she is a fussy eater, but she enjoys Bakers Senior food, but definitely prefers Iams Senior food - these are dry food based, of the dog food tins, she will eat Pedigree Chum Senior and I believe its sold in Asda's stores which is called Hero tin dog food...
