Afternoon all.

Had a great day in the garden and have also decided to remove a very overgrown Hebe so have booked an appointment for Thursday at the skip.

Appointment yesterday went well appears I am on the verge of needing a new knee but not at that stage yet Thank God. The NHS do not do keyhole surgery for knees any longer to clean out as the feedback was poor on success rate which I understand. So going to try a different approach loose a little weight and see the physio (online) I am told. Hey ho worse things in the World and watching some people there found a bit of a for want of a better word "time waster" I know I was not.

Well all this is a good learning curve you know what you like and learn what you do not.

Issues aren't with me, let's just say that her problems stem from the same place as mine...I am sure you know what I mean!
