griff hope box is now sorted and stress levels have dropped.
No packing started yet Harvey the garden however is clear of any rubbish and so is the greenhouse.
One more trip to the tip and then we can start packing inside.
If searches are back as we were told they would be no updates yet. It does seem their title lawyer has to check everything first. So hopefully some updates by end of the week or beginning of next week.
It all seems a bit surreal at the moment.

Yes I expect it is but can't be long now and you'll in the new home by Christmas I'm sure hope so anyway
