Waiting for a call back from the agent about Beck row bungalow. If not phoned by the time I have finished my coffee and washed the kitchen floor I will chase them.

At least delivery arrived even if minus 41 slabs. wonder who was counting obviously run out of fingers.

A 'cut short' morning for us as Gary had a fit while we were in town. Such a shame as he was in a really good mood.

No, fortunately we were sat on a bench. The biggest problem we had is that he's very disorientated after a fit. Sent hubby to bring car and Rosie went with him so that I could steer Gary up to the road. It took a bit of doing as he was insistent we went the other way, but I managed him in the end.

Viewing confirmed for 11.30 tomorrow at Beck row the bungalow that backs onto the nature reserve.
Valuation survey we think no mention of anything structural being looked at Wednesday between 9 and 2.
Wanted to do it tomorrow but we are out so they suggested a neighbour letting them in. 1) Paul and Beth are away and 2) we would not put that responsibility on them due to having Dillon in the house. He loves Paul and Beth but not letting a stranger in without one of us being present.
Have read some terrible reviews about these particular surveyors undervaluing and all sorts.
Well they better not undervalue on our buyers mortgage as we know the deposit they put down and if they do that I may have to go and personally find the person responsible and have a little word in their ear.
