Food for whelping bitch

My vet has suggested for the last two weeks of pregnancy to put my girl onto a good quality puppy food with a 1:1 ratio of calcium/phosphorus, does anybody know of one I can use (if I can get her to eat it of course)

If not then it looks like me and OH will be going into Pets at Home and dragging all the bags off display to have a good read

ProPlan Puppy is a good one, but is has cal 1.3% and phosphorus 1.00%

Nutro Natural Choice is also good, but has cal 1.4% and phosphorus 1.00%

Hill's Science Diet Nature's Best Puppy is good, but with cal 1.00% and .70% phosphorus.

So it's really up to her, what she eats better.
