A lovely story.........but............
"She was discovered at about 7.30am after Leisa Marie Bennett, the girl’s grandmother, heard her crying faintly “Granny” from the top of a mountain, about a mile from home."

Two points.
Was there no search until 07:30 ?
Heard the child crying faintly from about a mile away?

I just don't know

Bad reporting, let's hope the jist of the story is true, don't know about you but I haven't paid for a newspaper* for at least 20 years mainly because the current generation of so called reporters are so bad, they can't spell, their grammar is terrible, and it's so obvious that they never do any serious research, just make up what they want

Well that's my 'rant of the day'

* I do buy the local rag mainly to keep an eye on house prices and more recently to look for a rental place for Moyra

I don't buy newspapers either but people do. I see quite a few pop into our local convenience store, often early in the day, to get the daily rag and maybe a pint of milk or a packet of fags.

But that tale posted on the net just didn't ring true form me.

I hope Moyra finds what she desires.

Sadly there is a desire in many people to read about scandals and murder and such like. One of the less attractive characteristics of humans

The internet attests to that.

Yes indeed, made it worse because now people can indulge in all sorts of weird and horrible fantasies anomously (Sp?) so they do.

Now at last the likes of FB and others are beginning to be challenged on the dangers of a world wide social network.

I have been saying exactly the same for years but of course no one listened to me
