Good afternoon Kelly, Ka and all who follow

We were lucky our boiler was serviced last August but a friend has just had her done, the first time in two years but she has still had to pay the premium each year. She got a £65 refund well short of what she had said.

Lovely here too and getting hotter. Have spent the morning taking at least 2 foot on both my Amelia bushes with the help of Barry. Hopefully it will make it easier to trim next year after flowering if not a bit more will have to be lopped off the top. This afternoon is trimming the edges of the lawn and then mowing it.

Hope all are well. Take care.

Afternoon griff, brenda, Sue and all who follow.
Lovely weather here very warm.
Been to the hairdresser and had a nice cut and blow dry, then onto Storeys our lovely craft, wool and everything knitting, sewing and craft you could wish for.
I shall be in there soon now it's open again buying patterns and wool.

Hoping for abetter nights sleep tonight but doubt it, Dillon is waking about 1 am, we are leaving the patio doors on the crack along with windows to keep it cool trouble is I think there is a cat around at that time he barks has to go out and give chase then wants to sleep in the garden. We wouldn't mind but he keeps giving a silly yip and we can't expect the neighbours to put up with that so we bring him in but he won't settle back unless one of us sleeps on the sofa.

Keep safe everyone.

He has got you well trained Lynn. Afternoon everyone. Yep I also sat out this morning to read for a bit. Then came in as getting a bit warm and there was a strange smell out there. Not sure what it was but not nice. Have a good afternoon everyone.

Ha ha yes brenda but he gets very hot, finds it hard to settle.
Plus he is of an age now where his joints get uncomfortable. We try to accommodate him as much as possible we do not know how much longer we have him.

Lynn would he lay on one of those cooling mats or does he like to wander around and choose his spot to lay down in?

Well, it's so good today, we did it twice

Beautiful weather with a lovely breeze.

Gary went with us this morning and we had a lovely time. Looked outside this afternoon and thought "why not"

We obviously keep to shade and grass for Rosie and air con on in the car both ways so she enjoys her outings.

First burger and fries at McD's since early last year - they haven't improved

Lovely cornets from a little kiosk which we shared with Rosie.

A good day has been had by all

Sounds a lovely day Chris.

No brenda he rarely uses a dog bed, he gets very restless these days to with his joints.
The amount of us Bernese owners who invest in expensive orthopedic dog beds and cooling mats and very rarely do any of them use them.
