Lost Google

The tool bar has gone. I have tried to get it back but it will not stay up the top, help please

What operating system & what browser are you using? Maybe if your browser is not behaving as it should, it's a sign you need to try a new one. There are loads like:

Firefox
Opera
Chrome
Internet Explorer <--- If you're a masochist.
